Bank statement/proof of funds
Hello, so I am still fairly new to wholesaling in Detroit and I need some advice on what to do when a seller asking for proof of funds/bank statements when I do not have the money?

Yes, be upfront with the Seller with whatever you plan to do. Let them make an informed decision if they want to work with you; don't hide what you're actually going to do.
