Unless they are the stars of My 800 Pound Life, there is likely no way they are eating $500 a week in groceries that must be kept cold.

Penny wise, pound foolish. 

And when they find it... they are not going back and forth pounding if it will be a good investment, bc they know it is based on their financial resume, their criteria, their plan for the property and what they will do with it.

@Thomas Hoyla I admire your ambition but if you came to me I would tell you to pound sand.  

Being new to the area I am just going to have to pound the streets to look for deals.

And, for the naysayers who are pounding the oil & gas drum, you will notice that none of those companies are related to O&G.  

Someone can pound out thousands of posts, and if they have very few votes, then that may signal that the quality of what they are posting is low quality.

Otherwise they'll sniff you out a mile away and tell you to pound.
