Who is the landlord?

I'm sure this is obvious and I'm overthinking it. My husband and I own a home in our names. We have an LLC that we use for management and marketing purposes (example, this is the EIN listed with AirBNB). When the lease asks for the name of the landlord, that would be us as individuals since we are the ones on the deed? Or would it be the name of the LLC? Can the LLC absorb the liability if the home is mortgaged and insured in our personal names?

The entire point of you having a PM company is separation. The landlord is your PM company- that is the entity responsible for upholding the lease, not you as individuals.

This assumes you have property operating agreements set up.
