@Ritch Bonisa  nope from what I know I got PM from a property manager in Jacksonville FLA same story buying hood rats for next to nothing and promising the moon.. sad situation. don't know if you have seen the movie  " the informant" with Matt Damon. 

I think the list that i posted is good information, similar to a movie review critic.

It wasn't until recently that i actually knew more about the deal and also about my grandfather to learn that he owned a lot of property though his life including a movie theater of all things.  

May have caught the saying in the movies "rack'em and stack'em".

That was the only line in the movie that made it worth watching.After Chris mentioned stew I had a nobel prize unoriginal idea.

To understand the reason that towns implement such ordinances, you have to see the movie "Animal House" - they don't want that college student frat house demographic (and most landlords don't want that either).

If you don't, you will most likely be looking at trying to make decisions of where to put it, without the knowledge to make those decisions.Did you ever see the movie, "Brewster's Millions"?
