I would not be short sighted and move forward on the purchase as you will absorb a really large problem at the onset and wont likely have great appeal when moving out of the unit.

For truly loose restrictions on investment deals you'd need to go to a flat rate brokerage that doesn't offer training, but most that do offer training and support still allow a handful of personal deals per year and have minimum broker fees over that amount.What flexibility do you have on setting commissions and what are the minimum broker fees if you sell a cheap listing or discount commission for an investor client who does volume with you without major headaches?
