New Investor from Boston, Ma

Hello BiggerPockets Community!

My name is Jeff Gomes and I am an Airline Pilot and newbie investor from Boston, Ma. I have a degree in Aviation Science and work full-time for Cape Air.

I have joined Bigger Pockets to associate and network with others who share a common interest in REI and would like to network with as many investors. Since I am very new I have a lot to learn in this industry.

My primary goal is to educate myself about the investment aspects of real estate, and learn methods on how to turn earned income into passive income by investing in the industry. I have been reading books, listening to the BP podcasts, and spending a great amount of time on this website. I am currently looking for people in the local area with similar interest to start networking.

I currently do not own any real estate but I plan on making a move by the end of next year, hopefully with guidance from the BP community it will be possible.

My ultimate goal is to buy and hold multi family properties to generate rental income, and do some fix -flip deal to generate profits to reinvest in multi family properties.
