Also, is there any type of Mastermind groups happening that i could possibly join that is here?

I am now considering joining his program "Deal Maker's Mastermind", and I was wondering if anyone has had any direct experience with the program.

I am very familiar with JWB in Jacksonville and although I am not an investor with them, I have masterminded with them on best practices many times and they run a tight ship.
