I would look into the south side of the city if you want to BRRRR.

I have narrowed down five different US cities where I would like to begin my investing journey and plan on picking one in the near future. 

Popular vacation destinations, like Florida's Panhandle (Destin, Panama City Beach, etc.), are worth looking into because of the year-round demand for rentals.

Our city has a really active networking community, look out for local events via google or other FB groups.

Looking for some insight/ experiences from folks who have furnished rentals/ Airbnb in Anaheim (City requirement 31 day minimum unless you have a permit).  

My tenants called the City to try and get it adjusted, and they pushed it onto me.How would you handle the situation?

They lose money when they do not know the area and they dont know what the right price is that they need to buy at.What city are you in @Arvind Mohan?

I am primarily looking for small multi-family and exploring cities in Ohio like Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati, as well as the RTP area in North Carolina.  

Most of the regs prohibit it within the city, so I would check and see if the area you are looking allow it.Your best bet is to look at the markets on VRBO and AirBNB and see what is out there right now.
