We are feeling cap rates compress and home prices sky rocketing too.

Keep in mind there are a lot of moving parts here not that it is rocket science but being long distance crap goes wrong with rentals in general.

I grew up in Walnut Creek and have seen the prices rocket so I just want a piece of the pie if it's there...What I'd like to know is if the growth in the Concord area will continue to scale.

I've often bowed out as prices sky-rocket and wonder why anyone would bid that high, only to see the house relisted a few days later.

That would be a sky rocketed situation.
