Maintenance and handyman costs
I am based in Fairfield county and was recently quotes $75/hour for handyman and maintenance costs- i.e someone who can do everything from basic repairs around a property, power wash, clean gutters, help tenants with things like build bed frames and dressers, etc. How does everyone feel about this? Is this the new world we are in of higher labor per hour costs?

@Donna M. True, but handymen generally aren't working 40 straight hours per week. They're going from site to site, going to hardware stores, possibly paying a second set of hands to help them. If you got a reliable handyman you can trust and call for last minute repairs and he can get by quickly, I'd say it's a fair price.
