So if you want a true solid evaluation of their program you need to judge it buy how efficient they are in teaching you how to generate MOTIVATED seller leads.. not just "seller leads".Then you find the students that didn't take selfies with their paychecks.

This is an instance where possibly using a mortgage broker to shop rates for you would come in handy. 

I've been shopping around with brokers and have tried Obie and Steadily and those told me that they have no providers currently writing Landlord Policies in Harris County Houston TX.Can anyone advise if they have also run into this and if they have found  a solution?
