At this point, I've never read any Trump books or any REI books.To make the long story short, my dad and I went to the seminar and those 2 hours of being there transformed my interest in RE into a full-blown passion for it.

It can be somewhat fascinating to me to witness these large-scale projects where a given land-space is transformed to one giving rise to an impressive structure.

Hottest places for rental right now are probably Kensington (this place is transforming each day!

With the remaking of Rt 70 as more of a freeway connector between I-85 and 147 and cleaning up the traffic flow, that whole chunk of Durham might transform further. 

You also need to check with the utility companies and get cost estimates from them for availability, fees, hookup charges, transformer and power line/power pole locations or relocation requirements, water, sewer,gas, cable etcYou will need ball park cost estimates from site work contractors for site work, roads, installation of utility lines etc.
