A lot of us (80%) who stumble upon passive investing and start drinking Kool-Aide will be financially free in 4-7 years pending taking action.

My wife and I sort of stumbled into the world of REI recently. 

Back in mid 2018, I stumbled upon Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and the FIRE movement and that blew my mind.

I stumbled on to the concept of real estate investing after talking to my girlfriend and realizing that my dreams will take a little more than what Uncle Sam pays me.

In a way I could say that I stumbled into it by a "Related Video" and several hours later I had an itch that I just couldn't scratch.

So I'm stoked.Over the past few months I've gotten acquainted with the market and am stumbling upon deals but because I have a limited budget I can't invest in all of them.
