The costs on your vacation rental could be quite high, pushing any increased return far into the future. 

If I didn't push back and did my own research I would of been stuck with a %4.1 interest rate paying extra on my mortgage because of someones malfeasance, this is a big deal.

What we also do is put fan on a timer switch, tenants seem to more responsive to simply pushing 15 minutes etc on switch vs leaving fan on and having to come back and shut off. 

I heard he got someone like 350k before.I know it involves opening up a bunch of cards (like 8 - 10) and charging/paying off in full repeatedly, he has other tricks too that push your credit up over 800 and then once you are there there are special programs offered and cards with big limits, he then directs you to a company that will provide you with the cash locked in the cards (for a fee of course).

I've had this idea for a number of years but just haven't pushed on to do it.

Every buyer that I have helped buy a home that is coming from a rental said the deciding factor that pushed them to buy was because their landlord jacked their rent up drastically. 

I pushed back a little and let them know they were killing my profits (I ended up losing money on the flip, partially, but not entirely, due to the inspectors).
