Starting of a new journey...
Hello everyone! My name is Chateau and I'm from Houston, TX. I am excited to be a part of this great community. Currently, I am starting my journey in the real estate industry. I have been investing in the stock market for almost a decade, and now I want to diversify my investments. I have been educating myself on rental property investing by reading books and watching content on YouTube and the internet. I am unsure of what kind of investments I should prioritize yet, whether it be a mix of SFH, MFH, Flips, or Rehabs. I would appreciate any advice or strategies that would make sense in the beginning and give me the initial "push". Thank you in advance.
