Hey guys, I would love to hear your feedback on MUST HAVE PMS platforms for “newbie” STR investor.

I'm just starting out with my first STR so I'm really relying on good reviews and guest experiences to get more exposure on the listing platforms!

Are there any rent collection platforms that collect rent instantly?

I am on this platform 4 or 5 days and already have calls booked with lenders and RE Brokers.

As the category suggests, I'm new to the bigger pockets platform.

In fact I could probably dedicate $1500 monthly to my savings.

For those who use CoStar know the value that the platform provides.

I think that platforms, groups, etc. are only a small factor to vacacnies and slow periods. 

I personally know it's making it difficult for me to move forward with considering the Wealthability platform even though I have gone through your other written material, as well as the Wealthability podcast which I also enjoy.
