So that new limit is broadly expected to be around $625k for most of the United States, and somewhere in the low/mid $900s in high cost of living areas (Oakland as mentioned, New York City, DC, Los Angeles, etc).

Do you like Primary markets (Like Chicago, IL, Phoenix, AZ or Los Angeles, CA) or do you like secondary markets (Like Toledo, OH, Greenville, SC or Kansas City, MO).

@Kenny Shiozaki After talking to many professionals in the field, I've realized that it is quite hard to find a deal that is close to 1% in Los Angeles.

Most new LOs burn out and quit within a year or two, half stress out and can't hack it, the other half don't produce an can't hack it for that reason. 

I live in Los Angeles and am looking for a local expert.
