Hi Everyone,Any Suggestions for me on where I could go to REI meetings in the Los Angeles, Orange County, Diamond bar, or West Covina area?

The goal was attain and we follow the guidelines.Moving ForwardFor now, we are researching houses in the counties of Polk, Lake, Osceola and Orange.

I was originally from Arcadia California 91007(1991-2001) then moved to couple other cities like Tustin, Orange, Monterey Park, Alhambra, Temple city etc due to work.

I find that it is a great indicator of dicey neighborhoods where there might be some bad things going on but I will tell you that I only completely reject a property if it is a heavy red or in a large geographic crime area because I have found that an area can have some orange but it could be that there was an incident or two or suspect traffic that was stopped in the area but the crimes weren't committed there, etc.

I'm a Realtor in Riverside & Orange Counties & I think I can provide some value here.1- In theory, you can work with different agents at the same time, so long as you have not signed an Exclusive Agency agreement with one. 

I have narrowed the search down to in or around Orange County, Long Beach, or San Diego.

Neither are rocket science which Craig may have a better understanding of, but you're comparing apples and oranges.

What has actually sold will give you a better idea of current market values.Being in the NY area as well (Westchester and Orange county) I can tell you that it can be tough to find a deal here but they do exist.
