Like many MTR hosts, I feel like it's a big risk to list my properties on Airbnb for longer stays.

I am far from an expert in this field as I have been learning alot myself but cap rate does play a role in your type of business.

The most compliments I always get on our house is that it's big enough for everyone to spread out and not feel like they're on top of each other.
