The big box store sprayers are not durable enough for regular use.  

Think durability and ease of maintenance.

It's highly durable, can be easy to repair and it's cheap.

If the tub needs it, it can easily be painted for about $200-300; make sure you let the paint cure thoroughly and it should be quite durable.   

I am looking for an inexpensive yet durable flooring option for a house that needs all the carpets replaced.

Just make sure to go granite since it's so durable, also you can get granite overlays for less.In my opinion, the nicer the house looks the less likely you'll have someone wanting to split besides if they move out, you've got half the granite paid for!  

We tend to lean on the side of durability for the long term, so we dont use the cheapest products to do these with. 

The monitor heaters are very durable, very efficient, and easy to repair or replace and you don’t have to run all that plumbing for the boiler which will be expensive.

Appliance durability is standard although varies between product line as opposed to product name. 

Basically, I’m looking for suggestions on an affordable but still durable option of flooring for rental properties.
