They aren't connected to any light switches so I am guessing they were disconnected but I was wondering what purpose they had and I guess there is no harm in leaving them there other than being an eyesore.

Luckily she had swapped wires and the power went to a dead wire (that unfortunately hadn't been disconnected but did not damage) and it was minimal cost to repair a/c.

Disconnect the faucet at the supply , check the flow at the turn off valve below the sink , If this is fine , the problem is in the faucet .

Recent tenant eviction, although they are rare in my world, they do occur once in a while, this one was like no other one before, tenants of (3) years, stopped paying the rent, we had to evict the tenant, the tenant moved out and took:ToiletsVanitiesFurnace (yes, they disconnected the gas line and the dedicated electrical circuit)Hot Water Tank (yes, they capped the water lines ( so, thank you for not flooding my home))Kitchen Cabinets (Including the kitchen sink .... hahaha)Kitchen AppliancesAside from the regular move-out items and small repairs, this was new to me, they did not really vandalize the home, but they stripped it, which is kind of awkward, I thought about making an insurance claim, but now I am thinking just pay to replace the items and move on, the time, effort, money, and delay will outweigh I think the potential for the home going back on-line and getting back to cash flow positive.Thoughts and ideas welcome.

While I used postcards instead of yellow letters, I still thought the value was there.My thinking was/is some people just don't like to talk on the phone and email can create a sense of distance or disconnect.

As your current bank most likely has access to the same information you do (recent comps), there is underlining reason that hasn't been explained that might rationalize the valuation disconnect between the both of you.
