If you look at the appreciation rates for this area, we have many areas/neighborhoods in double digits for multiple consecutive years.

(I was able to locate the free E-book download)  And so far I have been to one REI meeting and will be attending another one tomorrow evening and have RSVP another for next week.With that being said, I do not have hands on experience but I have the drive, the passion and I continue to educate myself everyday.

I know a lot of people knock GoDaddy because they're a big corporation, but I'm on the phone with registrars/hosting companies regularly (I work in digital marketing/web dev) and they have some the most competent support staff. 

At some point you will want to get out and network with people outside of the digital environment, and these are a good place to start.Good luck,Andy

I've tried on 2 different devices (laptop and tablet) to download the digital version of both J.Scott's books on Rehabs and Rehab estimates.

So, you could thing of this as "digital farming"; a process that will take time, but will eventually establish you as a key ranking site.Good luck!
