Louis, Cleveland where your money will go further than in SD.If I were just starting out again I would take the money you have to buy some niche data and wholesale some deals get another $50K and then you will be in a better position to find something here to flip.

Ive found the data to be inaccurate with all 3.

Hard to know what to expect given the quality of data I can get from AirDNA and similar resources.

Canadian REI Resources List So BP is amazing but I noticed that all data resources listed are tailored to the US.

Zillow data only gives you historical data for SFR in the metro level but not city or zip code level.Where else can I find historical rental data for a city/zip?

It's been less than a year so I don't have much data, but so far it seems the home may earn just as much renting as a whole home vs by the room. 

It should be for a lot of other data points and so that investment can grow and grow.
