I don't think I want to invest in some of these webnair type programs because if they were really doing as well as they say they are I doubt they would be selling packages for 1 and 2 thousand dollars (but thats just me though) But I have a very indepth ebook as well as having viewed several videos etc.. now they all talk about not putting money down and not risking your own credit but getting a property "under contract".

Talking about "Rich Dad Poor Dad", I've listened to the e-book 3 times and have to admit it is full of great ideas.

Ive got a friend who has been very successful in his start with wholesaling, using Sean Terry's flip2freedom (I have read the eBook and am learning all i can about it).
