Hey BP Community,

Firstly, you all are amazing!  I have learned so much here in such a short period of time.  @Joshua Dorkin @Brandon Turner , you both have created something really phenomenal here, thank you!

My wife and I are under contract on our first flip. We're looking at an ARV of 500k, and a purchase price of 190k. It needs about 120k worth of work. We're adding a master bedroom, enclosing a patio and adding a mother in law suite.

We obviously want to keep costs low and I feel a bit ignorant about the process.  What resources/books/blogs/podcasts do you all recommend that really walk through the stages of an extensive rehab.  Prepping, pouring foundation, framing, permits, all that good stuff...

Thanks in advance!
