Just because its an option, doesn't mean you'd qualify for it as there are too many unknowns, the ARV actual appraisal being one of them.You have to define your own comfort level.

@Jessie DillonAnother "it depends" personally I prefer an open credit line and at least 3 months in reserves for my own comfort.
