I would say that from my perspective as not only an investor that owns properties but an owner of a property management company. the one thing that you need to realize is landlords are the highest sued in real estate as  a matter of fact 1 out of 3 landlords are in some form of lawsuit or litigation every year for violating laws such as (IRS, Discrimination, Fair Housing, Fair credit reporting act, property code ) all governing bodies that protect and regulate rights for both tenants and owners.As owner of a rental property you are running a business, and need to have policies, procedures and structure.

I also prefer my tenants and the neighbors to keep their body parts! 

Usually the coroner will remove the bodies fairly quickly.

Would any body have any information on whats going on there and if it possible to collect the rents there as of now.

Doing it yourself looks good on the bottom line but you have to account for the opportunity costs and strain on your body.

Otherwise, when the water overflows into the overflow body, it will go right down the outside of the tub inside the wall and leak through the ceiling below.

The sweat-equity from improving the duplex allowed me to live rent free for 3 year and make over $30,000 on the sale of the property, mostly tax-free. 

I've been leaning towards KW Ballantyne area but have recently discovered eXp Realty and studied their model and am pretty torn.Both seem like great options however being a hands on learner I feel like having the office environment with warm bodies to engage with will be beneficial for me personally.
