I admired her for telling me that and will still use her when I believe the listing agent is dealing fairly, otherwise I deal directly with the listing agent and that made ALL THE DIFFERENCE. 

I don't have any questions for you, but I just wanted to say that I respect and admire your success and that you are proof positive that opportunity is out there for everyone. 

I always admired the drive of those people but it seems sort of foolish to work for so little return.
