I’d choose anywhere before NY for obvious reasons but if you’re into wine and weird with great returns, Ithaca may be for you.

I have 2 multifamilys and there are partially covered outside wooden stairs but the threads are deteriorating. im looking for some help on replacing them, what type of material uswe, anti-slip, or anything that might helpthanks

@Alma Bagaoisan I heard about the property from a friend who owns a winery, hotel, and wine production facility in the town.

One place had a big red stain on the living room carpet, I thought it was possibly red wine, which they were totally remove. 

If the water drips in the window sill, the tenant may never notice there is a drip and the water could rot the wood there, not to mention drip into the wall and cause damage there and on down to the subfloor, etc....If you have ever had a house with a wooden porch floor with a window AC unit mounted above the porch floor, you realize soon enough that it might be a no win situation when it comes to the condensation flowing out of the AC unit :)Catch pan and drainage tubing sometimes are needed ...
