This is more-so the case with NPN's than re-performing notes but no matter what the asset type, you still need to hold others you employ accountable.Keep in mind, I had partners in my company (one in acquisitions and one in borrower management) starting out and still do.

I also asked her what she would like to get for the property and she told me "I really don't have a number in mind..I believe it would be $100k+ fixed up but I am aware of the work needed...just not the total cost."

One good example to keep in mind is that ADA requires a Service Animal be allowed in a store or restaurant, but an Emotional Support Animal is not required by law to be allowed in private businesses.
