Any MF mastermind groups in BP?

I'm in a national mastermind, and I see a lot of my peers selling their deals to buyers for a lot of money.  

My friend goes to real estate mastermind lectures all over the country and sometimes a wholesaler is on the panel.

I am a member of Michael Blanks Mastermind as well and look forward to closing my first larger deal this year by partnering with guys like these.

I'm thinking that getting involved in a mastermind group will help me push the process forward and possibly introduce me to potential syndication partners. 

The investor masterminds that I am a part of have been sharing so many different ways to skiptrace their lists.

I’m in a mastermind where half the folks are investing out of state.
