@Matt Schaugaard  I get what you do I have owned 2 hard money companies in my day one in Oakland that was 50 million book and one in Oregon that was right at 30 million and have done well over 3,000 HML in my day as the owner broker or NMLS broker of the company.I understand the 2k up front and I also understand that its HUGE profit center for you with your turn downs.. as described by others. your pandering to new investor who look for no money down financing most seasoned folks know this is hard to get so you make money on all these folks .. its much like the seminar business etc that is run out of your great state.
