In addition to the bookkeeping functionality, Baselane allows me to manage my properties, do tenant vetting and lease up and has a lot of other features that support my portfolio so I've consolidated what used to be a lot of disparate services into a single real estate-focused platform.

I am starting the jorney to learn and share in this platform.

I did in fact find the lender from "Find a Lender" on this platform. 

I heard from Guesty last month that they'd be rolling our Guesty Lite, sitting on the same platform as Guesty for Pros, and now it's up on their site. 

Can anyone advise on an auto pay platform for commercial tenants where the landlord has control of making changes. 

However, I might suggest putting that same effort into wholesaling until you save up enough to do your own investing.There may be others on this platform who still swear by arbitrage, so I'll leave that advice to them.

This would be my guess as well, to harmonize across all of their platforms.
