You didn't mention this, but I'm going to just put this out there as food for thought.As a US Citizen, you're required to file tax returns in the US, no matter your dual citizen status, where you live, work, etc.

we gave him money so he could get food again just used it and came right back.. told him where the free shelters are with food and bathroom etc.. he goes on to tell me he has lived on the streets for over 15 years and i believe by the looks of him.

When I started investing in RE, negative cash flow would have effected the type of food I could eat (I would not have starved, but a lot more rice and beans than I desire).

1) The landlord who also uses this money to pay their mortgage, car, food, shopping, etc it's recycled into the economy. 2) The mortgage servicers, these guys are like an insurance company for investors (your 401K, retirement funds, etc) so when the investor buys mortgages servicers guarantee payment of principal and interest, stop the payment they have to continue to pay this to the investors so they end up having no liquidity to recycle the money into the system.
