You will need to make sure your condo association allows rentals and if there are village inspections on rentals if you want to follow the rules. 

Its located in Roscoe Village, on Belmont.

Some have lost homes due to water bills, and many are struggling to pay - due to Village errors.    

I have two adjacent properties in Scarborough (Cliffside Village) and I am looking at requesting severance to build 4 or 5 freehold towns on the combined lots.
