It doesn't come without challenges and "living with strangers" just isn't the manufactured chaos I want in my personal life. 

Since truth is stranger than fiction as I write this I'm about 5 miles from the east gate to Fort Riley in Manhattan Kansas. 

We're thinking long-distance duplexes or single family BRRRR projects would be the way for us to start.I guess you could say that  I'm no stranger to a lot of this material.

Hi Joseph, I would consider looking into 4 family house in any borough and managing the property myself, versus buying upstate and letting strangers manage my property.

I called the property management company, they are refusing to give me any info since I dont own the property yet, and I did not try the tenants yet because I am just thinking, why would somebody give their info to some stranger who is calling saying I am your future landlord...Now the seller is saying he does not want to do the deal anymore.
