Terre Haute, IN Boots on the Ground

Hey Everyone

My name is Francis, I'm an investor based out of NJ/VA. I have a property in Terre Haute that I need help with. I have tenants in there right now, but in the near future they wouldn't be. Looking for boots on the ground who are going to take pictures, and make sure the property is vacated and locked when the tenants move out. A plus if they can refer a lock smith, to change the locks.

It's an eviction, but first going towards the route of Cash for keys, with my attorney on stand by if they does not prove fruitful.
