You don't know if his new career choice in his first week is trafficking sex slaves through austin....Or if he has a nice habit of blasting music at midnight....You get the point.....Someone without a steady full time job/school has proven trouble to me in tenants with too much time on their hands....

The owner was this old man who recently past away, the son cam back and lived there about two years a couple years ago and has since left out of state.

I cam across an HOA community that had a 3 br, 2 bath condo for sale for $145k, right in my wheelhouse!

Some chose to increase the bedroom to people ratio to two people per bedroom no matter who they were or what their sex.  

We only have one city that still gives the primary voucher holder her/his own bedroom and separates the sexes above age 10.   

If you're hard up for cash then spend $50 on a trail cam and conceal it well enough (perhaps behind some garbage) so it's not easily seen.
