Tenent looking to pay 6-12month lease in advance in Austin Area

I'm having a hard time helping this guy. He want's to lease something for $1,300/month or less. At least 2 bedrooms. He doesn't have a job yet and is trying to start a life in Austin. I know this is risky but I offered to ask for him. He is willing to pay cash for at least 6 months in advance. He works for Uber in Houston at the moment and wants to continue in Austin.
