I'm never sure of the rules of posting that kind of info.To your point on the "series", yes that was my understanding and also thought it to be a good set up.Land Trust just creates an anonymous fog (so to speak) haha, so others don't know who the property is seeded to.

You're better off doing this for the first investment to grow your seed money, then use any number of other strategies after that so you can exponentially grow...instead of the linier growth you would get by using this as your only strategy.
