Good schools and good neighborhoods are key and I get great rent for them plus they are basically care free properties because the association does virtually everything for me.

They do lend to business entities - LLCs and such; however, those are, by nature, commercial loans.If you check my profile, you'll see that I'm connected with an on-line REI school.

Good schools, close proximity to T.

As of Tuesday I am starting school in the aviation field.

Here they way we think:  our A/B properties are in areas with soild income/professionals that have good schools.  

I purchased both in city with an air-force base near by, with a strong demand for families to live in a home with a yard; also has the best school district around! 

What are the rents in the area for that home, schools business, demographics of the area?

Some areas you can concentrate your efforts in are 1) Ruskin - New amazon warehouse employing several hundreds of people here2) Lithia / Fishhawk area - Great schools but beware of high CDD + HOA + Property taxes that'll eat into your COC return3) Winter Garden - Booming market in orange county, has a new hospital and several new business coming up.  

I am looking to sell it because I am going back to school and will be moving out of the state in the next couple of years.

No schools below 7/10 and average should be 8/10 - 9/10.
