Hi!
I found this website when I was reading business insider and listening to the podcast on madfientist.
I current have 1 property, but have since moved out of state. It generates a nice COC return of 35% that I bought in 2011.
I have moved to the Tampa Bay area and trying to find a new farm market. I really interested in understand the rental market here, making connections and finding deals.
My goal has been to buy 1 property a year, but as you can tell, I am way off track.
If anyone has experience in Tampa Bay/St Pete, I could really use your help!
Also, do you think 35% in today's market is even achievable or whats is a realistic COC return?
Thanks!
