Most likely he will look around and see that it was a nice refresh and dismiss the tag.

Learned a lot and got a huge refresher on several tried and true concepts/ideas.

The easiest part of the project to put off until the end is probably a kitchen refresh, appliances, furniture, and other such items which will go onto a 5/7/15 year schedule if I can defer them until after the property is listed and put in service.  

The organization I'm with does direct marketing - there's a distinct difference - and is modeled after the insurance industry.The amortization formula (thanx for the refresher) and others may be discussed in more than one of the 60+ classes / 500+ hours of education we have available.

I've got a move out date of July 17th for current tenant, new tenant signed lease to move in on 21st.What is the quickest turnaround time you've completed to replace carpeting (in my case I'm assuming 1,500 sq ft across 3 floors), refresh painting in house (assuming half of house needs repainted walls) and deep clean a place.
