But most importantly, focus on partnering with a lender who is experienced in investment properties and the BRRRR method.

I know there’s many methods but I think this is the simplest one.

so I did get more interest from lowering the price, but the quality of people was also lower, as expected, I guess.After a few days of those initial tire-kickers, yesterday, I think the right person is coming today to look at it.
