You have a lot to be proud for, but without your parents (and the timing didn't hurt), none of this would have been possible, at least at this scale.But I doubt that's going to be you, not with the tone of this email.

That is part of the standard contract that realtors use, but a private party sale could of course be different.  

It's interesting to me how some of you respond on a public forum vs those who privately DM and want my business.

I’m looking at two properties about the same price, both around $360k.prop 1: new construction townhouse, HOA of $100, private outdoor patio, 1060 sf, 2 bedroom + 2.5 baths.

There is a banner on the top that states "Listing cannot be published without a Zillow Advertising Contract," I filled it out but have gotten no email confirmation or estimated time of completion. 

Today, I emailed and called again.

I've known him for several years since we're in a private mastermind together.

Examples: Medical Professional Financing (stronger rates and limited down), low down payments of 3.5-10% on jumbo primary, second home or investment properties, 10% down for investment properties of 1-4 units (with no PMI) and portfolio or private loans with attractive ARM or seller carried rates we negotiated. 

I have to email Launch on a daily basis to ask them to enable the batches.
