Charlotte is known to some as a low-cost regional financial hub, however, it’s economy is also bolstered by the growing presence of industries such as business services, manufacturing, government, education, and construction.

This is a major city and a hub for many large companies.

To @Joe Funari's point of having short term rentals near military hubs, I have been watching the areas around Ellington in Houston as they received the go ahead from the FAA to establish a Spaceport launch site for Reusable Launch Vehicles (there are less than 10 in the US). 

Ability to connect to dock/hub for connecting to monitors while at home (USB-C or HDMI port i believe?)

That same freedom allows for positive as well as negative things (think internet gambling and the child porn and the malware and scammers).

the issue is transportation.. you have a commuter type airport.. which only feeds a few hubs. 

It is a huge tech hub with major companies like Intel, Amazon, and Google shifting here.

somethign that feels woodsy, back to earth, feeling alive and like a kid again. somewhere to feel refreshed.. from the hub bub of dr and nurse duties; and other duties of life- like "camp" where it feels good to get away from the rat race and get refreshed. wood-stones- rocks- logs- 

Berry lane park, Ocean lane rezoning, homes  for veterans,  The HUB development, new school and facilities being built etc.
