There are no gas leaks.

We installed 3 natural gas furnaces and did a couple minor upgrades.

One of the largest cost is going to be in bringing the lines (gas/electric/plumbing) over and of course the drains for the waste water. 

About 4 months into their tenancy, the gas dryer I supplied quit working.

@Mario Malpelli, In my small multis in westchester, tenants pay electric and gas. 

. $1100 for a 50 gallon gas one installed same day in Easter Sunday was the most I’ve ever paid. $700-850 is the “usual rate”.

Basically it didn’t cost that gas, motel room, and we would’ve ate no matter where we were. 

@Jay Hinrichs   You have to know what kind of wells they are, what the production looks like, how old they are, oil or gas, or both, where they are, and on and on and then make the wildest guess where you think prices will be in the future and where the government wants to go with production in the future.

Usually low inflation is good for stability but wages never keep pace with higher inflation and costs are rising quickly, e.g. gas and food, so, with household income remaining steady, late payments will rise, putting notes in jeopardy.In these times, cash and junk silver are safe, all else are speculative, including gold and real estate.

Will the dryer be gas or electric?
