[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal

I'm a bit confused by the numbers. It's a duplex so rent estimator suggested $1950 so I presumed that meant for 1 unit so put rent as 1950 x 2. If I would house hack, would I keep it the same? Any suggestions on what I inputed wrong that this would be so negatively flowing?
