Our roofing contractor has done several for us.He beats all other (3+) quotes & I think does the best work.The last 2 properties cost me $10,900 & he gives me 30 days or 1.25% interest.I felt bad holding out until the 28th day (insurance) but he still sent me the usual $100 gift card for our favorite restuarant.One wanted $325 to climb on the roof give a written quote.
