When traveling the last thing I need is a distraction, of any kind.

I've never seen her so distracted and hyper.

Oh boy, we didn't get very far this past week because of a couple of distractions, and hiccups.- We got the insulation in.  

REMOVE THE DISTRACTIONS that keeps a buyer from wanting your place. 

This works for a lot of folks getting started, dealing with a website may distract you and frustrate you more, and cause you to call it quits. 

One of the best ways to go is to get a rental property and get a Rener(s) to "pay " for your mortgage.Another  thing that you can do before you get started with inesting besides selecting your niche and marketplace, is to locate your office that has the least distractions.  

I knew from an early age that finance and real estate would be my path however I got distracted from my purpose by going to college.

If you're at the very beginning of your journey, you'd want to focus on only what gets you the best result and not sink money into distractions. 

At my W2 job I was constantly distracted and never took a lunch so I could focus on real estate.
